Many people believe they have to have all the answers. Even worst, they believe that it is demanded from them when they are in a leadership position.

I have been thinking a lot about trust in the organisational space and how to nurture such characteristic in a team. But, as I approach the landmark of 40 (it will be tomorrow by all means) my thoughts took me to a different path.

Empathy – the ability to understand and share the feelings of the other.
I have been finding this word in multiple sources, from podcasts to books, on leadership and coaching. One may wonder what this feeling has to do with leadership or high-performance teams or even, culture and a safe workplace.
